Courtesy Pay is an overdraft service that can save you the embarrassment of a “bounced” check or a declined ACH transaction. Your CPOECU Checking Account automatically includes standard Courtesy Pay that covers overdrafts on any checks or ACH debit transactions that cause your account to go negative. We pay items presented against your checking account when your balance is insufficient to cover it. Instead of returning the item as NSF, we pay it and overdraw your account.
There are no fees associated with Courtesy Pay unless you use it. If you use it, there is a $30 fee per item (negative limit-$300).
Don’t need this? Contact Member Services at 773-881-2500 or Toll-free at 888-9CPOECU (927-6328) to opt-out. We can remove this from your account at your request.
Exclusions may apply.
Our online order form lets you re-order checks at the click of a mouse.
We offer a professional notary service at our main branch location, free of charge for CPOECU members.
Get discount tickets for movies and Six Flags Great America at both branches. Add up the savings and use the extra cash for snacks and travel.
